This was a great investment. I took another's advice and spent the extra money to buy this book versus a smaller, cheaper one. I am so glad that I did. It has a great in depth history of the breed including the efforts of those who worked so hard to keep the Wolfhounds from becoming extinct. It covers puppyhood, breeding, health care, training feeding. It has it all. Definitely worth the money! Adapted from an Amazon review.

Lots of coloured photographs are the heart of this booklet and make it
worth owning even if you cannot read English. The author is a much travelled and respected international and NPS panel judge who has bred and exported prize winning Millfields stock all around the world since 1967. A fascinating insight into the breed's origins and performance.

The Phoenix Park, Co. Dublin
Five times the size of Hyde Park in London and twice as big as Central Park in NYC, Páirc an Fhionn-Uisce is the largest urban enclosed park in Europe, with a circumference of seven miles and a total area 1,760 acres. Located west of the city centre, it features ornamental gardens, nature trails, and broad expanses of grassland separated by avenues of trees. A herd of fallow deer have roamed the forested areas since the 17th century. Main attractions within the park include Aras an Uachtaráin - the residence of the Irish president and Dublin Zoo. The name is a corruption of the Irish fionn uisce meaning "clear water".
